Dutch legal entities are incorporated by notarial act. DTM assists with the incorporation of companies, foundations and other legal entities. We can also assist with the set up of more detailed corporate governance mechanisms, including shareholder agreements, board regulations and other framework documents.
For existing companies, DTM can assist with the transfer from the existing director/service provider. We have a lot of experience in taking over management of existing structures.
